Andrew Reinartz is a musician, educator, and nonprofit consultant based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He and his wife also own and operate the 55+ year-old family business, Wayne & Mary’s Nutrition Center.
PERFORMER & EDUCATOR
Playing primarily upright and electric bass, Andrew Reinartz easily fits into a variety of styles including Jazz, Classical, Funk, R&B, Rock, and Folk. He also does work as a producer, live/project studio recording & mixing engineer.
Also an avid educator, he is Jazz Bass Instructor at Augustana University, teaches privately and as a guest clinician, as well as having performed for over 50,000 students across South Dakota with the Jazz Diversity Project.
Amongst others, Andrew plays with JAS Quintet, Jazz Curators, the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, Hegg Brothers Band, Holiday Jam with the Hegg Brothers, and Merry Martial. He has recorded and performs regularly with Jami Lynn, Darin Kaihoi, and plays guitar with Habeus Porpoise.

Andrew Reinartz has been involved in the arts nonprofit world for nearly 20 years. This includes work as a board member, Community Development Director, and Executive Director.
He has written grants, and managed corporate and annual fund giving raising over $1.5 million dollars for arts organizations. He brings a unique perspective owing to his experience as a performing creative, nonprofit administrator, board member, and small-business owner.
